un.stuck is built on trust. You share personal and sometimes vulnerable information with this app — your birth data, your struggles, your reflections. We take that seriously and handle it with care.

Who we are

What we collect

Account information

Name and email address (when you sign up)
Password (stored securely as a hash — we never see it in plain text)

Birth data

Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth
This is used to calculate your Human Design chart and Gene Keys profile

Session and intake content

Your answers to intake questions about what you're stuck on and what lights you up
Reflections and notes you write in the 7-day plan
AI-generated report content associated with your sessions

Usage data

Session history, check-in completions, and starred sessions
Subscription and payment status (not card details — those are handled by Stripe)

How we use your data

To generate your personalized Human Design + Gene Keys reports
To save your sessions and progress so you can return to them
To manage your account and subscription
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts, report delivery)
To monitor and improve app performance

We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Your intake answers and reflections are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your report in real time — they are not stored by Anthropic for training purposes under our API agreement.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the app:

Supabase — database and authentication (servers in the US)
Anthropic — AI report generation (your intake content is processed to generate your report)
Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your card details)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel — web hosting and serverless functions
Human Design Hub API — birth chart calculation

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase's secure cloud database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data
Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — primarily for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children's privacy

un.stuck is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@soulxoxo.com.

International users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for processing your data is contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for) and legitimate interests (app improvement and security).

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g. payment records).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
