un.stuck is built on trust. You share personal and sometimes vulnerable information with this app — your birth data, your struggles, your reflections. We take that seriously and handle it with care.

How we use your data

We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Your intake answers and reflections are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your report in real time — they are not stored by Anthropic for training purposes under our API agreement.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase's secure cloud database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

We use minimal cookies — primarily for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children's privacy

un.stuck is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@soulxoxo.com.

International users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for processing your data is contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for) and legitimate interests (app improvement and security).

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g. payment records).

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
