What un.stuck is

un.stuck is a personal guidance app that uses Human Design and Gene Keys frameworks combined with AI to help you understand patterns and take action. It is a self-reflection and personal development tool — not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or professional counselling.

Your account

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You may only create one account per person
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Subscriptions and payments

un.stuck offers a free tier and a paid Unlimited plan. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
• The Soul Compass HD Report is a one-time purchase and non-refundable once delivered

AI-generated content

Reports generated by un.stuck are created using large language models (Claude by Anthropic). By using the app, you understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your situation
• Reports are for reflection and personal insight — not professional advice of any kind
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on app content
• The same inputs may produce different outputs on different occasions

Your content

You own the content you enter into un.stuck — your intake answers, reflections, and notes. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use un.stuck for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the app or its AI outputs for commercial use
• Use the app to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or abusive
• Share your account credentials with others

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, soulXOXO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of un.stuck. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of warranties

un.stuck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that the guidance it provides will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

Intellectual property

The un.stuck brand, logo, app design, and underlying code are owned by soulXOXO. The Human Design system and Gene Keys framework are third-party intellectual property used for educational and personal development purposes.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@soulxoxo.com. We may terminate or suspend access to accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of un.stuck after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
